Some say a picture is worth a thousand words. What is yours worth? Whether your perfect destination is the beach, snow capped mountains, large trees in the forest or just simply home, TaleMed wants to see your Picture Perfect Destinations.
Twelve healthcare professionals will have the privilege of their Perfect Destination Photo selected for the 2013 Calendar. So set your cameras to high resolution and start snapping those photos. If you have already taken an award winning photo please feel free to submit. Photographs will be accepted from any healthcare professional that would like to participate. The Grand Prize winner of the contest will receive a brand new digital camera*. The eleven runners up will receive a $50 gift card. Winners will be announced October 15, 2012 on TaleMed’s Website and Facebook page.
Entry Requirements:
- Please include with each entry your full name, address, e-mail, daytime phone number and your healthcare specialty.
- Send a short description of where you took your photo and the meaning behind it.
- Entries may be submitted in a jpeg format, CD/DVD, or print w/ negative. For print quality purposes you must set your camera to the highest resolution. This will make a large file and use more memory but low resolution photos will not be accepted.
- Materials will not be returned
- All mailed entries must be post marked or received by October 1,2012:
